Robyn & Richard

Our most recent wedding took us back to the Switzerland Inn for another shoot with Robyn and Rich. I’ve been looking forward to working with these two again as soon as I finished their engagement session. We have shot our fair share of weddings but I have never seen such a drastic change in weather so quickly. We would be at the edge of the lookout taking photos on this sunny day, then within seconds the entire sky would turn grey, and a few minutes later we are back to our sunny day. It was great getting to see the mountains with such a variety of lighting. The rain held off, the couple was amazing, and the family was such a pleasure to work with. Check out some highlights from out time at the Switzerland Inn!

As soon as I walked in the room, I had to turn right back around and grab a shot of the view through the window.

The bride and groom did an awesome job with the gifts for the bridal party.

They also did a pretty good job with gifts for each other.

Rich didn’t just pick out a pair of earrings, he designed them!

You will see this book pop up again after the ceremony. It has been in the family since 1946 and every couple since has signed it on their wedding day.

This might be the first ring bearer gift that I’ve been jealous of.

I appreciate a good Taylor Swift parody. These ladies brought the house down.

These were the emotional stages I went through when I tried the cake.

Keeping with tradition, the name is in the book!
